Subject Consultations and Early Closures

Please note that not all subject consultation meetings are early closures.

Academic Year 2025-26:

• Wednesday 15th October – Y7, Y11, Y12 and Y13 Parent Tutor Evening – NO early closure
• Thursday 27th November – Y10 Parent Consultation – EARLY CLOSURE
• Friday 19th December – Last day of Autumn Term – EARLY CLOSURE
• Tuesday 20th January – Y11 Parent Consultation – EARLY CLOSURE
• Thursday 29th January – Y13 Parent Consultation – NO early closure
• Wednesday 11th February – Y9 Parent Consultation – EARLY CLOSURE
• Wednesday 4th March – Y12 Parent Consultation – NO early closure
• Tuesday 24th March – Y8 Parent Consultation – EARLY CLOSURE
• Wednesday 6th May – Y7 Parent Consultation – EARLY CLOSURE
• Friday 17th July – Last day of Summer Term – EARLY CLOSURE

Booking your subject consultation

The school has an online appointment booking system which allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers. You will then receive an email confirming your appointments.

Letters regarding the subject consultation will be sent out close to the date, advising you when the booking system opens and closes for the event.

Buses depart 1:40pm onwards.
