Reflect Digital Service for Young People

Bedford Borough is offering a new digital service, available to young people in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. 

A text messaging service is available: 

• Young people can text reflect to 85258 if they need advice or help
• Reflect is free and does not show up on phone bills
• The service is confidential and available 24/7

Reflect is specifically for young people across Bedford Borough and is delivered in partnership with Shout.

CHUMS Workshops

Below are details of CHUMS Winter/Spring term virtual workshops offered to families in Bedfordshire and Luton.  All workshops are delivered via Microsoft Teams video call and last 2 hours approx.

Families must be registered to a GP surgery in Central Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough or Luton to be accepted onto a workshop.

If families wish to attend any workshop, they can sign up by completing a word registration form (see below) and email it to fwteam@chums.uk.com. Please note, families must sign up at least a week before the workshop they wish to attend and places are allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
