All enquiries to the office phone line will be handled by Mrs Lia Floro and will then be forwarded to the most relevant member of staff for a response.
If parents need to speak to a specific member of staff about a non-urgent matter, they should email the relevant member of staff who will aim to contact them within two working days. If unsure of who to contact, please email main reception who will direct emails as appropriate.
If the issue is urgent, parents should call main reception. Urgent issues might include things like:
- Family emergencies.
- Safeguarding or welfare concerns.
For more general enquiries, please contact your child’s tutor or House SSA (Student Support Assistant).
We aim to respond to all emails within two working days, however where this is not possible, an acknowledgment will be sent identifying an approximate timescale in which you can expect to receive a fuller response.
